Should I be concerned about something that is “Made in Hong Kong”?
Absolutely not. Hong Kong has more than 100 years of tailoring tradition from its days as a British colony. Seeing the skill of the local Chinese tailors, the British instructed them in the art of British bespoke tailoring. Today, local tailors carry on this fine tradition, using fabrics imported from the top mills, producing top-quality shirts at a competitive price.
How can you offer such a low price?
By taking advantage of the cost competitiveness of Hong Kong and China. Designer labels have been making their clothes in Asia for years, making big profits for themselves in the process. Because we don’t have high-street rents or advertising budgets to pay, we pass these savings to you.
What types of fabrics do you offer?
We have more than 800 fabrics in variety of colours, weights and patterns. We’ve chosen our favourite 250 fabrics to display here but if there’s a specific pattern or type of fabric that you can’t find – perhaps a silk, brocade or denim – please reach out to us and we’ll check our full inventory. We’re always happy to help.
How durable are your shirts?
The durability of a shirt generally depends on the fabric and how often it is worn, but you can be sure that our clothes are built to last. Honestly, we have customers wearing shirts that they purchased 5 or even 10 years ago. Sure we’d love to have our customers shop with us a little more often, but there can be no compromise on quality.
What’s the advantage of buying from you rather than a bricks-and-mortar shop?
We offer you a choice of more than 250 fabric types, as well as individual detailing options such as collar, pleat and cuff styles. You would never get this kind of choice in a shop.
I live in Hong Kong. Can you measure me?

I have a shirt I’d like copied. Can you do that?

How do I care for my shirt?
All our shirts are machine washable and can be tumble dried on a low heat setting.
How do I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our secure Stripe Checkout. We do not store any credit card information. We are working to add digital wallet payment options.
How long before I receive my clothes?
Well-crafted shirts take time to make. Our current lead time is about 4 weeks from the placing of your order to shipping.
How do you ship?
All of our international orders are shipped via DHL or equivalent, which means that you should receive your clothes a few days after we ship them. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order goes out.
How is the order processed?
Your detailed order hits our desk in Hong Kong and we start work immediately. Each shirt is completely hand-made. First an expert cutter prepares a personal paper pattern based on your choices. Then the appropriate length of cloth is rolled out, cut and trimmed according to your pattern. The panels of the shirt are then stitched together to make the finished product. After a thorough quality control procedure, the garments are packed and shipped.
I’m not sure of my size.
We’ve spent hours measuring real women to be sure our shirts are realistically sized, and have created a size chart that should suit almost everyone’s shape and preferred fit. Choose your size based on your measurements – we will always add the appropriate ease to the finished garment – then choose your fit based on your preferences. If you are unsure of which size to choose, just drop us a line and we’ll be happy to help.
I’d like to make some special requests. How do I do that?
Just add your comments to the box at checkout cart and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?
Once an order is placed, we start work on it immediately and due to the personalized nature of the product, we cannot cancel an order after it is placed. However, we may still be able to make some changes to style, so just drop us a line and we’ll do all we can to accommodate your request.
I’m planning to visit Hong Kong. Can I make some shirts from you when I’m there?
Yes of course. Just drop us a note to let us know when you’re coming and we’ll make sure you’re well looked after. If you’re planning to be here more than a few days, we can have your shirts ready before you leave.
I’m a happy customer. How do I reorder?
We keep all your orders with details of the fabrics and styles on a database for easy retrieval. You can order online or send us a message and we’ll have your new shirts to you in a few weeks.
