Size guide

How to take your own measurements

Measure yourself wearing only undergarments, ideally the bra you usually wear under shirts.

Measurements taken wearing clothes, especially bulky ones, will distort their accuracy considerably.

Grab a tape measure and stand in front of the mirror in a relaxed upright position. Breathe naturally and resist the temptation to suck in your stomach – it’ll lead to an ill-fitting shirt!

Keep the tape comfortably flush against your body without being pulled tight and in a straight, horizontal line across both your front and your back.

We generally recommend choosing the size that best corresponds to your bust. If your bust is in between the sizes, go for the larger size.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your torso. This most likely isn’t where you usually wear your trousers or skirts but the smallest part of your body and is usually near the belly button.

Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
